Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at support@komalsboutique.com within 2 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for an exchange.

Size or Style Exchange: If you received a product in the wrong size or style, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will guide you on the exchange process.

No Exchanges on Non-Defective Items: We do not accept exchanges for products that are not damaged, defective, or delivered in the wrong size or style. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Mandatory condition for Return / Exchange: We request all customers to have a full parcel opening video and it is Mandatory to have the video available and shared with us for any kind of Return/Exchange. Any customer failed to provide such video/data for the product will not be eligible for Return/Exchange.

Please make sure to return the item in its original condition, with tags and packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
